The ShiuFit Story
In 2016 personal trainer & tattoo model Shiulina Wu had an idea to combine not just two of her passions, but two things she is also well-known around Honolulu for: Tattoos and Fitness.

After Shiulina received rave reviews on her then-latest art piece that stretches her lower torso from hip to ankle, she decided to take a very personal design off of her own body and had it printed on a pair of leggings which would begin the ShiuFit brand.

She says, “I have always been known as the fitness female with the tattoo on her leg. For me, getting my leg piece was a very cultural experience that represents my personal story and background. In July of 2016 I took the design and had it printed on a pair of leggings because people seemed to love the design so much that I had to find a way to allow people to have it on them without the need of actually getting tattooed. I realized that if my designs could help inspire other people to reach their fitness goals while being comfortable AND stylish, that this was definitely something I needed to do.”

Shiulina has released the ShiuFit Rash Guards. They are comfortable for any athletic activity in and out of the water.
